  Log into your CarousellMOBILE account and navigate to your order history to select the item you wish to return and obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Secure Packaging

  Place the electronic device in its original packaging, including all accessories, manuals, and cables, ensuring it is securely padded to prevent damage during transit.

  Shipping and Tracking

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location, making sure to keep a copy of your tracking receipt.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our technicians verify the device condition and serial number, we will process your full refund or dispatch your replacement unit within 3-5 business days.
